1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to “1AM Rituals Uploader” (the “App”), an internal tool that uploads 1AM Rituals’ own videos to its own YouTube channel. By using this website or the App, you agree to these terms.

2. YouTube

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy and in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

3. The App

The App is used only by the owner of the 1AM Rituals channel to manage that channel. It is not offered to the public, and no one else is permitted to use it.

4. Our music and content

The music, artwork, videos and branding of 1AM Rituals belong to 1AM Rituals or its licensors. You may listen to and share links to our videos through YouTube, but you may not re-upload, sell or redistribute our content without our written permission.

5. No warranty

This website and the App are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or the App.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
